It was an absolute pleasure working with the South Air team! Colby has provided tune ups and service to our HVAC units for the past couple of years and he is always so professional! He was able to provide us with options to address a couple of issues we were having with our systems! After his thorough explanation, we decided to replace both units in our home. Shane came out to discuss what our options were and provided some great information to review. Within a week, Joe and his crew were installing the new units! The experience has been fabulous with South Air!

Shane is always patient, quiet, and thorough. I ask a lot of questions and he goes above and beyond to make sure I get answers. Lisa is always friendly too. I feel like I've known her all my life, even though we've never met. I think it was Ben who sold me my new system. I've seen him on the property since and he always makes a point to stop and ask how it's working. I expect a lot from any company I hire and I'm willing to go through several to find the right one. I'm pleased to have found the "right one" to handle all my heating and cooling needs and would highly recommend South Air to anyone who asks.

Unexpectedly this summer, my air conditioning stopped working. Words cannot describe how miserable it was in my house. After getting 3 separate estimates for a new unit, it was discouraging to realize this was going to be a very expensive repair. That was until I remembered my friends at South Air. With one phone call, I was able to arrange service and a payment arrangement.

The men who came out to replace my unit were kind, clean, knowledgeable and completely professional. They even took special care to make sure my puppy didn’t run out of the backdoor while they worked. I am extremely thankful for South Air and the phenomenal job they did.

I just wanted to send you a quick letter to thank you for being such a great company. I've been a customer for about a year, and to this day you have always provided me with excellent service. Shane stopped by about a week ago to conduct the spring service and it was great to see him again. Matter of fact, my Greyhound AJ actually remembered Shane, as when the South Air truck pulled up, it was all I could do to keep him from busting through the door to greet Shane.....and AJ doesn't even get excited when I get home!! I have been completely satisfied with my Trane unit and it has been working flawlessly, thanks to you, from day one. Our air conditioning unit was having some issues on Wednesday evening. We in turn contacted First American who referred us over to you all. One of your service technicians, Bobby Williams, came out yesterday and was extremely courteous and informative with us. Once he left our downstairs A/C was working once again. Later in the day I noticed our upstairs A/C was out. I called your office and Mr. Williams called me back quickly. We have a new born baby at this time and all of our bedrooms are located upstairs, which felt like a sauna late yesterday due to the heat. Mr. Williams came back to my home last night and found that a wire had been pulled loose during the cleaning of the outside unit. I am not upset that this happened but rather thankful that he had made the effort to come back last night to help us.

I just wanted you to know that he is representing your company in a great manner and I would be happy to recommend you all to all of my friends and neighbors.
