I want to share my experience with your customer base. My air conditioner stopped working on one of Atlanta’s hottest days. After talking to Lisa via the phone, Keith Reeves was dispatched to my home to check out and solve the problem. At that time, I was without AC for five days. Keith was very professional in his manner. He had to order a new fan for my unit. He said he would return as early as he could the next day to repair the unit. This was about 1:00PM in the afternoon. AT 7:00 PM the same day my door bell rang and there was Keith Reeves again. He said he felt so bad for me with the heat that he wanted to fix my AC that night. In this day and age it is diffcult to find excellent employees that are not only talently but care about other people in their professional path. I have Appliance/Furnace insurance and had problems with both my furnace and A/C. The insurance company sends out different companies. Five other companies had been dispatched to fix these issues. None of them could either find the cause or repair the issues. South Air is the only organization that succeeded in the repair. They are prompt, knowledeable, professional, friendly and courteous. Think about this, your in a hot house with a broken air conditioner in the summer and the first thing you think is how to fix the problem without having to call the AC guy and get ripped off again because you know you have to pay at least 100 bucks just to start the conversation! WHY!?? Before I called anyone while trying to diagnose the situation, I checked the mail and there it was. A letter containing SOUTH AIR information that just brought tears to my eyes. NO diagnostic fees!!!!!!!!! pay only for the repair and so on…. plenty said! called them! they kept my trust all the way, I will never use any other company again. JEFF DAVIS you sure are the greatest! this guy even took off his shoes! so very polite and personable my dogs even loved him. That is really all I have to say.
